Quiet week in Incline Village Real Estate with only 4 new listings on the market, 3 price reductions and 13 status changes. For a slower week though the sales were pretty good. 4 closings, 6 properties rejected by the market, 2 new escrows and one property back on the market.

For the last two weeks the following was happening Inside the Incline Village Real Estate Market. Drill down to the details for the two week spanning September 26th – October 9th 2011. 7 New listings came on the market, 44 reduced their prices in hopes of an offer before the snow starts flying and 68 properties has status changes…17 of those were new escrows, 12 properties SOLD, 24 expired or were withdrawn (rejected by the market) and 15 are back on the market (either fell out of escrow or reposted to the MLS after being withdrawn or expired).
