Moderate activity in the market keeps chugging along like the nice weather.  How long will it last???

Well, with prices continuing to surprise us and GREAT deals hitting the market, you want to be in the know if you are a BUYER (or even a SELLER).  This week in Incline Village Real Estate there were 6 new listings that hit the market for sale, 20 price changes (this has been a pretty consistent number over the last few weeks)…do not poo-poo these sellers as they may not have hit the right number yet, but they are the ones that are most motivated to sell and 19 Status Changes.  Of the status changes…7 NEW escrows, 6 properties SOLD, 5 rejected by the market and either withdrew or expired and 1 property is Back on the Market-this is 807 Alder #67 (short sale that fell out after bank approval, we have the details).  Click here for all the details and links for pictures and more information…
