North Shore SnowFest Lineup
The North Shore is the place to be for SnowFest’s closing weekend. In addition to the big Queen’s Raffle drawing, come out to Kings Beach and enjoy two days of fun and fantasy for the whole family.
CANCELED Friday, March 12, 5:00pm: Kings Beach Ice Castle Lighting & Coloring Contest, Kings Beach State Recreation Area. CANCELED. Unfortunately, due to lack of usable snow at the Kings Beach State Recreation Area, the Ice Castle Lighting has been canceled.
Friday, March 12, 7:00-11:00pm: Joe King Poker Tournament, Tahoe Biltmore, Crystal Bay. Play your cards right for the chance to win great prizes and become Honorary Mayor of Kings Beach. The ‘Mayor’ will get to ride in a fancy red convertible in the Kings Beach Parade the next morning. Saturday, March 13, 8:30-10:30am: Pancake Breakfast & Community Expo, North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 N Lake Blvd, Kings Beach. Enjoy pancakes, sausage, strawberries and all the fixin’s with a cup of OJ or coffee, all in support of the NTPUD’s Youth Trust Fund Scholarship program.
