The North Shore is the place to be for SnowFest’s closing weekend. In addition to the big Queen’s Raffle drawing, come out to Kings Beach and enjoy two days of fun and fantasy for the whole family.

Friday, March 12, 7:00-11:00pm: Joe King Poker Tournament, Tahoe Biltmore, Crystal Bay. Play your cards right for the chance to win great prizes and become Honorary Mayor of Kings Beach. Activity is picking up in the Incline Village real estate market. Property showings have jumped, and buyers are picking up some of the best listings at the right prices. There were 20 new listings, 12 price changes, 4 new escrows and 8 new sales this past week in Incline Village. Among these. A notable sale just off Lakeshore Blvd. over 3,000 sq ft built in the past 10 years with a sales price in the $300’s per sq ft range. Great buy? Read on!
